New Features
# Black Cloud - The black plague has been replaced with a black cloud. The
black cloud will stay with a system for 5 days and will cause higher
level monsters and undead creatures to attack all players (IBBS)
Bug Fixes
* Orc armies - Error#55 when a large orc army splits in daily
maintenance has been fixed
* Outbound Error#5 - An error was often encountered when running AB2TOOLS
OUTBOUND. This has been reduced. (IBBS)
* Treasure - Treasure and dragons were re-appearing in dungeons after they
had been discovered

New Features
# Castle List - The castle list has been changed so that it shows the
individual Outposts, Forts and Castles (IBBS)
# Curses - Curses now cost a little more to cast but they can only be removed
in a church
# Death - Characters keep the equipment that they have arranged when they die
# Inter-BBS Castle Building - Players can now build castles on other BBS's
# Message editor - Now has word wrap! (After many requests for it)
# Orb Fragments - They can now be traded between players
# Planes of existence - Players may visit other BBS's and walk around their
land (IBBS)
# Reef - Warning messages are displayed when ships wander onto the reef
# Signs - Signs are scattered over the land to help new adventurers
# Sleep spell - Now guarantees to affect thy enemy for at least 1 turn
# Thieves - Thieves can now use a Crossbow+1

New Features
# Castle List - A list of inter-bbs castles is available (IBBS)
# Sysop messaging - The sysop of any system can send a message to
the sysops of all other systems in the league through AB2TOOLS MSG (IBBS)
Bug Fixes
* Army battles - players were not actually awarded any experience after
winning an army battle. This has been fixed.
* Bank deposits - when a player would deposit gold into their own account
and manually enter their account name (as opposed to hitting CR), the
deposit gold would vanish. This has been fixed.
* Fryar combat - the screen did not re-draw correctly after combat
* Inter-BBS cheats - a serious inter-BBS cheat has been discovered
and stopped. All leagues should upgrade to v1.12 immediately! (IBBS)
* Stealing - Thieves that steal from castle treasuries will be thrown
back to the castle main menu if they are caught and they have no turns
remaining.

# Castle Henchmen - they have been upgraded to level 13
Bug Fixes
* Fryar - the Fryar looping bug was still around. This has been fixed.
* Henchmen - Hiring a henchman occasionally locked the game. This has been
fixed.
* Level 15 mission - players entering the fortress without an army
gave a "town not found" error. This has been fixed. Also, when a player
completed the mission, it would suddenly re-enable all of the the old
missions.
* Magical Items - Magical weapons and armor were known to shatter from
time to time. They no longer shatter.

# Ab2tools - Can now handle "point" nodes for Inter-BBS operation (IBBS)
# Assassins - they are now significantly cheaper to send
# Combat - Higher level players now do approx 20% more damage in melee combat
# Death - players will now lose 4% experience when they die
# Destructors - Can be sent to other systems (IBBS)
# Dungeon exploration - Added a automatic save when an object is collected
in a dungeon or lair. This eliminates the problem of someone exploring
a dungeon, losing carrier, and then going back in to find that not only
do they not have any treasure left on them, but it no longer exists in the
dungeon either.
# Fryars - Fryars can be attacked
# Help - More online help has been provided
# Henchmen - Castle owners can now send level 12 henchmen at a discount price
# Inter-BBS Lists - Joust Gold per Adventurer, Joust Gold per BBS, and
Experience per BBS has been added (IBBS)
# Magic Points - Player's magic points will regenerate to full overnight
# Mission - A Level 15 mission has been added
# Mules - Mules can now be purchased to aid thy heavy burdens
# Orb Fragments - Orb fragments can now be found in dungeons
# Orc Armies - Large Orc armies will now split into two smaller armies
# Plague - A plague may be sent to another system for Inter-BBS operation.
Visit your local healer to find more! This will last for 5 days and kill
1% of the armies in the land per day. It costs 100000gp per cast. (IBBS)
# Stealing - The treasury guard probabilities have been reduced to give
thieves an improved chance of stealing
# Tax Collectors - A tax collector will now tax people that walk within
25 squares of the castle
# Versions.dat - A versions.dat text file is produced to show the versions
of all other BBS's in the league and the last date a valid packet was
received (IBBS)
# What's New - Players can view the "-whats.new" file from the library
via the [A]bout Arrowbridge II command
Bug Fixes
* Ab2tools.exe - Sometimes locked up when the Inter-BBS scores were
generated (IBBS)
* Arranging - Fixed the occasional Error#9 that appeared when arranging
items that did not exist
* Black Orcs - Killing Black Orc armies was not giving bounty rewards when
daily maintenance was running. This has been fixed.
* Combat - Lower level NPC's were inflicting damage proportional to the
level of the main character in the party. This has been changed so that
damage is now proportional to the level of the NPC.
* Death - Fixed the death routine so that it now does what the documentation
claims it should do - possessions and gold will be lost when thou art
slain (except for special possessions gained from missions).
* Jousts - The number of jousts permitted per day was flawed. This has been
fixed.
* Node setup - Arrowbridge II was not reading the node setup file correctly.
This may have caused plenty of problems for those that were setting up
Arrowbridge II. This has been fixed!

* Death - Error#9 appeared after someone was slain - this has been fixed.
* Encumberance - dead players no longer help carry items
* Error#6 occasionally surfaced during the daily maintenance - this has been
fixed
* Stealing - dead players can no longer steal from treasuries
* Treasure Maps - they were sometimes issued with the treasure being located
in mountains and other inaccessable places. This has been fixed.
* Weapon Ratings - the +magical item ratings have been reviewed for
consistency
* Zombre's Fortress - special keys are now obtainable

# Castles and Forts - these structures will generate revenue provided that
a tax collector has been hired to collect it
# Jousting - the list of players is now more informative
# Black Kraken - no longer heals itself, but starts with plenty of HP's
# Orcs - Bounties are awarded to players for slaying orcs and orc armies
# Tax Collectors - appear more often when a player walks within 40 squares
of a castle or a fort (provided a tax collector has been hired). The
collector (now lv 15) is also now accompanied by 6 treasury guards (lv13).
# Treasure Chests and Armouries - they are now MUCH more generous, particularly
at lower dungeon levels!
# Turn Dead - the Cleric's turn dead spell now does more damage and makes
most undead creatures flee
Bug Fixes
* Casting a spell in combat - no longer do you lose a turn if you pick a
spell that you are unable to cast
* Catapults - they no longer disappear when an army is deployed and they
no longer consume extra moves when taken on a frigate
* Death - players no longer lose their mission rewards (magical items) when
they die
* Fryar - the fryar now remembers to take the gold from you after he has
blessed you
* Heavy Crossbow +2 - could not be arranged. This has been fixed!
* Ketches - can no longer be boarded with catapalts
* Sextant - you can no longer buy more than 1 sextant
* Zombre's Fortress - players could not get beyond the 11th door - this has
been fixed

Bug Fixes

* Earthquake and Fireflash spells now report the correct monster damage
* Encountering other parties - The other party did not use their healing
potions. This has been fixed.
* Messages - Multiple messages left in the library no longer bleed into each
other
* Players suddenly finding themselves in walls when they entered the dungeon
near Axbury has been fixed
* Wizard's Eye spell no longer teleports the player to the treasure map :)
